How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Order preparation takes 1 to 2 business days. After that, shipping to Mexico takes 24 to 72 hours for express shipping. Saturday and Sunday are not business days. If you make your purchase on days such as Friday, Saturday or Sunday, they will be shipped starting on Monday.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order, you can send an email to contacto@madelona.com to notify us that you want to cancel your order and the reason for the cancellation. You can manually cancel your order in your order history with your account. If you do not see the cancel order button, it means that your order has already been prepared for shipment.
Where is my order?

What happens if I want to change my shipping address?

Do you replace items marked as “NOT AVAILABLE”?
If a product is out of stock, it will be reflected on our website as "Out of Stock".
