Once you have completed your purchase on our website, we will prepare your package for shipping. Each of our accessories is packaged with great care.

Fedex Express Shipping United States Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days	1-2 business days	$500.00MN
Fedex Ground United States Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days.	3-4 business days	$450.00MN
Rest of the world Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days	3-4 business days	$900.00MN

The preparation time is 1 to 2 business days. On holidays such as February, May and December, the preparation time may vary to 4 business days.
Our business days are Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.
Express shipping depends on the courier company. There are times when the address may be considered an extended area for the courier company and in this case express shipping may take longer.
Shipping may be affected by natural disasters or times of high demand. You can follow the route of your package by consulting your tracking guide that we send you by email once your package is packed.
Once the package has been collected, the courier company is responsible. If you have any questions about your package, you can contact them.
If the courier requires additional information regarding the shipping address, it is the customer's responsibility to contact them directly.
Once your package has been shipped, we will not be able to make changes to the shipping address. If you need to make any changes, you will need to contact the corresponding shipping company.
If any of the products arrive in poor condition, you can carry out a return process following the steps indicated in the return policies.
